Weight Plates

Cast Iron Weight Plates

For lifts you don’t drop — presses, slow pulls, machine work — cast-iron plates are the economical pick: they’re thin, so you can load a lot of weight on the bar, and they cost less per pound than rubber. The catch is they’re loud and unforgiving on floors. These are well-cast, accurately-weighted iron plates without the ring of slop around the hole.
