Overview

The Peloton Bike+ is the upmarket version of the original, aimed at riders who want the studio experience with fewer manual touches and more cross-training flexibility. Its headline feature is Auto-Follow, which lets the instructor's resistance targets adjust the electromagnetic resistance automatically during a class, so you can stay in the saddle and focus on cadence rather than spinning the knob. The 24-inch HD touchscreen is larger than the standard Bike's and, crucially, rotates a full 180 degrees so you can step off and follow strength, yoga and stretching classes facing the floor. Audio is upgraded with a four-speaker system, and Apple GymKit support enables one-tap heart-rate syncing with an Apple Watch. As with every Peloton, the full library of live and on-demand classes lives behind the All-Access Membership, which is an ongoing cost separate from the hardware. The magnetic-style electromagnetic resistance is quiet and consistent, and the flywheel ride feels smooth and stable. The footprint is compact and the bike does not fold. It is expensive, and the value depends entirely on committing to the subscription and class format, but for buyers who want the most polished connected ride Peloton offers, the Bike+ is the flagship.
